Exploring Best Practices for Inclusive Publishing

Over the past two years, SPSP's Anti-Colorism and Eurocentrism in Methods and Practices (ACEMAP) task force worked to identify top-priority policy improvements to advance anti-racism and global inclusion at SPSP journals. This task force has developed a collection of resources designed to help authors and reviewers meet journal guidelines and enhance the inclusive excellence of their work. Join us for an interactive session that will explore this collection of resources, which includes guidelines and concrete examples for writing an effective constraints on generality section, how to report sample demographics, and helpful tips for inclusive citation and reviewing practices. The host will discuss the goals of these tools and answer questions from attendees.
