In light of the recent cases of suspected fraud in the data collecting and reporting process in social and personality psychology, SPSP has issued a statement about fraud and responsible conduct of research. The statement outlines steps that the Society is taking to address the issue, including the recent formation of a Taskforce on Responsible Conduct and future workshop and training opportunities. It encourages members to "make discussions of ethical behavior part of the everyday discussion in your lab."
