September 13, 2017 - The Society for Personality and Social Psychology congratulates SPSP Executive Director, Chad Rummel, on being named one of the Association Forum and USAE Weekly’s Forty under 40 Award winners of 2017. The Forty under 40 Awards recognizes 40 “outstanding association and non-profit professionals for their professional accomplishments, commitment to the industry and leadership skills,” states the Association Forum’s website.

Chad joins a high-profile group of association and nonprofit professionals who are helping to set the new face of leadership and success in association and nonprofit management.  In his time with SPSP, Chad has guided the organization through major transitions, while tapping the talent of volunteers and staff alike.

“Chad is a force for growth and support,” says Diane Mackie, SPSP President, “He’s completely transformed SPSP as an organization. His recent role in facilitating our strategic planning initiative is a perfect example of how his leadership has given the Society the organizational and financial foundation to achieve its goals. “
