Researchers from Chapman University's Health and Strategic Communication graduate program are conducting a study on interpersonal communication and disclosure about mental health status. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the various factors that may affect conversations about mental health with loved ones. We are looking for individuals age 18 and older with mental health issues such as anxiety disorders (social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc.), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, bulimia nervosa), and depression.
