Dear Colleagues,
 
I am pleased to announce the release of a Request for Information (RFI) seeking broad public input on the development of the FY 2013-2018 Strategic Plan for the NIH Office of Disease Prevention (ODP).  Respondents are encouraged to review and provide comments on a set of draft strategic priorities, which will ultimately represent the areas of emphasis for the Office over the next five years. 
 
The RFI is one of several steps in our process and represents an opportunity to gather feedback from a variety of constituency groups.  You are encouraged to share this announcement with partner organizations interested in the work of the NIH.  Your assistance in disseminating this announcement would be greatly appreciated.  The RFI currently shows April 14, 2013 as the closing date for comments, but we will extend the comment period to April 30, 2013.
