SPSP Email List |
The Society for Personality and Social Psychology maintains a listserv to facilitate communication among its members.
The listserv contains three "flavors":
- SPSP Bulletin: This variant passes along information about Society business from the executive office, such as dues payment deadlines, conference information, as well as some other pieces of news.
- SPSP Announce. This flavor of the listserv passes along information about job ads, conference announcements, and funding opportunities.
- SPSP Discuss. This flavor of the listserv contains discussions, debates, requests for information, as well as a few announcements (e.g., new books that have been published). This is the free-ranging discussion forum.
SPSP members are automatically subscribed to Bulletin. If you are a member of SPSP and wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to Announce, Discuss, or both, please email your request and membership status to
Individuals not on the listserv can send requests to post messages on the listserv by using the email address above, particularly if they want to pass along information about job ads, funding opportunities, and conference announcements.

- The SPSP Graduate Student Committee maintains a listserv exclusively for use by graduate student members of SPSP. To subscribe, send an email message to:

- The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues maintains an email list that is open both to members and nonmembers. Its purpose is to generate discussion and debate about social issues, to help users make professional connections or find research sources, and to post notices of opportunities and events. - The Society of Experimental Social Psychology maintains a listserv for its members. To subscribe or unsubscribe, write to the SESP Executive Officer, Chuck Stangor, at:
- Social Psychology Network permits visitors to send messages through the listservs of SPSP, SPSSI, and SESP, even if the message senders are not members of these Societies or their listserv groups. For details, see:
